Our current grass-finished animals are grazed on irrigated, permanent pasture, producing quality beef and meats for 65+ years. It is a diverse pasture containing over six grass species, three clover species, birdsfoot trefoil, chicory, and plantain. We add to the diversity of our pastures with a selection of brassicas during the winter months.
Grass Alley Meats does not vaccinate or treat our animals with antibiotics, providing our customers only the highest grade, unaltered meats.
We welcome our customers to come and see our animals at any time and can provide a documented history of every animal.
